We were fortunate enough to meet Tod when we started the search for our first home. He was incredibly patient and kind as we looked at several homes and often late into the evening. Since we were not from the area, Tod set us up with all aspects of the homes sale, from recommending an attorney, to scheduling the home inspection. He knew what we were looking for and he took such good care of us. When we decided to move to a larger home in the Fox Valley, we called Tod to help us with the home search and, despite all we put thim through the first time around, he was up for the challenge, again! And again, success!
